TV: Basic Cable OR Satellite service provided.

Fenced back patio, outdoor charcoal grill, large outdoor shower, lots of storage, off street parking for four cars. 

Areas remodeled since 1998. More new items this & last year!

Bedroom arrangement: (3 upstairs) Master bedroom King; another king bedroom and full bedroom upstairs. 

Ground level ( 2 bedrooms) One has a king bedroom. The other has two beds: a Full with twin bed for the kids too. 

Town of Dennis Occupancy Permitted for 12.  Deck photo of beach areas zoomed in ~10 times.  Items subject to change at any time.

Clients responsible for bath items, toiletries and towels.  We usually provide bed linens.

Rates  2008/9:

Rental weeks - end of June, July and August through Labor Day are Friday to Friday 12:00 noon.  

Multi-week preference in July and August. 

Seasonal takes precedent:

3 month summer $26,600, one month $11,000.

April, May $1020/ 3 day weekend.  $1620 weekly plus security deposit $500-$1000*

June $1220 / 3 day weekend**  $1970 weekly plus security deposit of $500

  Each additional week after the first rented is discounted $200.

July and August weeks are $3199 weekly plus security deposit of $500.

* some May, June weeks require $1000 security deposit. 

** three day weekends only in the beginning of  June dependant upon status of weekly rentals.

Payments: 

After signing lease/contracts:  1/2 weekly rental fee upon returning signed contracts. 

Contracts state the refund-ability of rental deposit, if period is not re-rented.

Balance and security 60 days before occupancy.  Payment forms of Cash, personal or business check.

  Security deposit is cash or separate cleared bank draft refunded in approximately 60 days

after rental stay or can be held forward as deposit for next season's same week stay.
