Description: 

Home has excellent rental history.

This photo fall 1998.   Other photos taken ~1998 & 2002, 2005 - 2007.

Located on Loon Mountain.  Dish and Cookware provided.  Electric appliances.

Home has several areas to spread out to: 

Entry level (1st floor) has "Mud" room entrance for snow toy storage, boots and gear.

 Living room, bathroom and kitchen dining areas.

 50" Projection Television with cable or satellite programming, DVD. 

Washer and Dryer in first floor 1/2 bath.

Bedroom arrangement on Second floor:

Large Master Bedroom with King & twin beds. 

Standard size room with two Double / Full beds.

Newest Bedroom; 14' x 15' has Queen and space for a twin.

Upper level is fourth bedroom with two double / full and a twin size bed.  

  Off street parking for at least four + vehicles (Rare in the base area).   

  Shuttle bus runs around the "loop" during the ski season 

but I find it easier and faster to walk down to the lifts.


Rates 2007 - 2008:  

Lock in rates by booking early:

Security deposit $300 - $400 or $1000. (for ski season) 

Multiweek preference during ski season or in July and August.  

Seasonal rental takes precedent. 

Ski season:  

$11,500  four bedrooms plus $1000 security deposit + Utilities.

( 3 day) Weekends $ 695  additional days $125

Weeks $1195

Christmas  & Feb school vacation week: $1400

New Years weekend  $1000, Fri - Tues Jan 1, 2008


Spring, Summer and Fall rates : 

April, May, Oct, Nov:    ( 3 day) Weekends $ 500  Weeks $ 865

June ,July, Aug, Sept**:  ( 3 day) Weekends $ 595  Weeks $1150

additional days $125

** Highland Games in September and Fall Foliage:  $1000 Weekends **

Months are $4200 (Utilities Included in summer months)

 3/4 Bedrooms* 2 Baths**. King and 4 full and 1 twin bed.


Disclaimers* / Conditions:

   Non smoking Home.

Deck areas are for fire escape ONLY.

Home exterior is currently under construction, in phases.

NO pets permitted; dogs assisting the blind welcome.

Double / Full beds (53" x 75") are ~ 6" narrower than queen size mattress.

* = There is a finished basement with a separate shower. 1/2 bath on first floor

While most groups find this strange, three people can use bathrooms vs 2 at a time.

** = We can lock off a bedroom if you group only needs 3 bedrooms, price varies.

*** = The home can accommodate 9-15. 

IF each full/double, Queen, King bed has two people and twins with one, we can sleep 15 maximum.


Payments:

 After signing lease/contracts.  1/2 weekly rental upon returning signed contracts. 

Balance and security deposit 60 days before occupancy.

Payment forms of Cash, cleared personal or business check.

Security deposit is cash or cleared bank draft.

Providing home is damage free, security funded approximately 60 days after rental.

Refund policy detailed in contracts for your review.
